Mara Kleinman
My name is Mara Kleiman and I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with my husband Matt and my two sons Rafi and Ari (and our doodle Elle!) I currently teach Hebrew and Jewish studies in 3k, 1st and 2nd grade at the Milwaukee Jewish Day School, the very school I grew up in. I have always had a love for music, specifically Jewish music, playing piano as a child, singing since birth, and most recently learning guitar. I taught myself how to play guitar as soon as I was hired as a Jewish studies teacher, about 7 years ago. I have gone to Song Leader Boot Camp for the last 3 years, and this experience has immensely strengthened my passion for Jewish music, and has urged me to bring more of it into my life. I love everything I know about Rhythm n Ruach, and think it will be a great tool to bring to my Early Childhood program at MJDS, as well as the great Milwaukee Jewish Community. I truly look forward to growing as a music and Ruach leader for my community.
